The Chosen is a limited 100-bottle release of a single-cask 27-year-old Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Each crystal decanter is encased in its own individual wooden cabinet, handmade by John Galvin. We chose ash wood for our cabinet as not only is the ash tree indigenous to Ireland, it is associated with protection and enchantment in Irish Folklore.
